Your fitness metrics, routine sets, reps, and tonnage data reside 100% locally on your phone hardware in an isolated SQLite database.

3. No Advertising Networks

FitLocal contains no third-party ad networks, tracking SDKs, or data brokers. Your training habits remain confidential to you.
